Designing running slat and Shoe design as a system
With the advancement of 3D printing and custom products designed for specific users - We took advantage of additive manufacturing and the Peloton ecosystem to design our own tread running surface as well as shoes to create products that simulate different terrain and environments. Using pressure map data we were able to develop custom shoe soles as well as slats that promoted positive foot strike and running posture for each runner.
